Ramwadi to Wagholi Metro
This 11.63 km line uses a smart double-decker viaduct over Ahmednagar Road to beat traffic woes. It starts at Ramwadi and ends at Vitthalwadi, passing spots like Viman Nagar and Kharadi Bypass. Stations include Somnath Nagar, Tulaja Bhavani, Ubale Nagar, Upper Kharadi Road, Wagheshwar Temple, Wagholi, Siddharth Nagar, Bakori Phata, and Vitthalwadi. Travel time drops to 22 minutes from Ramwadi to Wagholi, saving up to 38 minutes over road trips.

Wagholi Metro Station And Updates
Wagholi station serves big housing areas, JSPM colleges, and local homes in East Pune. It sits near the end of Line 2B, making it a key stop for daily commuters and students. This spot fixes old traffic issues on Nagar Road and boosts links to IT parks. and Tenders for Ramwadi-Wagholi construction started in late 2025, with bids opening around January 2026. Work begins in Q1 2026, split into phases: 4.8 km first, then 6.8 km. The line runs atop a new six-lane flyover by MSIDC. The nearby metro station’s closest stations hit Wagholi, Siddharth Nagar, Bakori Phata, and Vitthalwadi on Line 2B. These serve homes, factories, and schools nearby. Wagholi Metro Completion Date
